Jessica Miller Founder, President and CEO
As a business strategist, author, and speaker, Jessica Miller is on a mission to rethink commercial real estate processes, redefine and realign how commercial real estate brokers are compensated and reimagine what is possible for clients. As the founder and CEO of Rock Spring Real Estate Solutions, Jessica works with organizations to reframe their commercial real estate portfolios, optimize inclusive workforces, and overcome workplace challenges by developing solutions with immediate impact.
Jessica is a commercial real estate portfolio advisor with over 22 years at large public and private full service real estate firms, including most recently serving as Managing Director and East Coast DEI Advisory Program Regional Director at Cushman & Wakefield. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Virginia and Washington, DC and has leased over 10 million SF of commercial real estate leases and sales.
Jessica is the co-author of A Woman’s Guide to Successful Negotiating and has appeared as a guest in numerous media outlets including MSNBC’s Economy Watch, ABC NOW, CNN, CNN-FN, NPR, PBS and Bloomberg News.

Eric Berlin Executive Vice President
Eric M. Berlin is a true real estate market expert uniquely focused on Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax Counties in Northern Virginia. He creates maximum value for our clients by uncovering market driven real estate opportunities in leases, sales, subleases, building and condo purchases, sale-lease-backs, and build-to-suit developments.
He is regionally known for selling association and non-profit owned office buildings to occupiers or developers for alternative use conversions depending on market conditions. He specializes in representing the corporate real estate interests of government contractors, technology companies, national associations and non-profit organizations. He manages their transactions and portfolios in all aspects of the real estate process and life cycle.
His 35+ years of experience ensures that clients achieve the best possible transaction terms to align their business and real estate needs. Mr. Berlin has also successfully marketed, leased and sold numerous office developments on behalf of leading local and national owners.
Prior to joining RSRES, Eric Berlin and Jessica Miller worked together for 22 years in brokerage services at Cushman & Wakefield and Grubb & Ellis. Earlier in his career he was a Vice President for Smithy Braedon and a Vice President with Barrueta & Associates.
Leanne Berthiaume Vice President, Leasing and Operations
Leanne brings over 15 years of experience navigating the complexities of commercial real estate to every client engagement. Her deep understanding of the industry stems from hands-on experience representing national, publicly traded REITs with portfolios exceeding 16 million square feet, coupled with her expertise in the dynamic Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. markets.
This background gives her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities faced by both landlords and tenants, honed by a proven track record of successfully negotiating hundreds of multi-million dollar transactions.
