Option 1: Strategic Consulting
This option would be similar to an in-house, fractional real estate team (great for real estate strategy, needs analysis, operations alignment, and project or portfolio specific work not necessarily tied to a transaction).
Option 2: Traditional Tenant Representation & Advisory Services
No retainer or upfront compensation. We are compensated upon the completion of a transaction. Under this traditional tenant representation model, we, as the real estate advisor, act as a broker and are compensated by the landlord or seller in most situations. In the unusual event that a landlord or seller is not willing to pay RSRES as a co-broker, we will notify you before touring and discuss the payment of a market fee.
Option 3: Hybrid Structure
This option offers maximum flexibility, allowing RSRES to first consult on your real estate strategy and needs analysis, after which you can determine how and if you’d like to proceed with future transaction work and/or additional services.
